1. About the Programme
The Our Planet Needs You (OPNY) School Programme is operated by Our Planet Needs You (“OPNY”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering your school or submitting an interest form you agree to these terms.
2. School Registration
Registration is open to UK schools. The person completing the form confirms they are authorised to act on behalf of the school and that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Programme Fees
The annual programme fee is £1,000 per school. Where funded places are available through local authorities, sponsors or partners, OPNY will notify eligible schools. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Data & Privacy
We handle school and staff data in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and store your information.
5. Photography & Media
Where a school has given photo consent, OPNY may use class-level activity photographs in programme materials and communications. Individual pupils will not be identified without separate consent in line with the school's own media policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
OPNY is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the school in the relevant programme year.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered schools of any material changes by email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
